1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DAE (Double At Email) service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this service.

2. Service Description

DAE is a DAE email service that uses:

• RSA-4096 asymmetric encryption
• Double at (@@) protocol to identify DAE emails
• File splitting system (eHead + eBodys)
• Temporary storage with expiration according to contracted plan

3. Registration and Security

To use DAE you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Generate or provide an RSA-4096 public key
• Keep your private key safe and never share it
• Be over 18 years old

User responsibilities:

• Keep your private key secure
• Do not share your access credentials
• Do not use the service for illegal activities
• Respect local and international laws

4. Limitation of Liability

DAE does not guarantee:

• Recovery of lost private keys (if you lose your private key, you will not be able to access your emails)
• 100% service availability
• Compatibility with all email clients
• That recipients are registered in DAE

DAE is not responsible for:

• Data loss due to forgetting the private key
• Damages derived from improper use of the service
• Content of emails sent by users
• Users' non-compliance with local laws

5. Acceptable Use

It is PROHIBITED to use DAE for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited mass emails
• Distributing malware, viruses or malicious software
• Committing fraud or scams
• Violating copyright or intellectual property
• Threatening, harassing or causing harm to third parties
• Any illegal activity under Spanish or international laws

6. Suspension and Termination

DAE reserves the right to:

• Suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms
• Remove content that violates the law or these terms
• Deny service to users who abuse the system
• Modify or discontinue the service without prior notice

7. Plans and Payments

DAE plans include:

• Freemium: 1 email/month, 5MB files, 3-day validity
• Pro: 50 emails/month, 25MB files, 7-day validity
• Bestial: Unlimited emails, 100MB files, 30-day validity

Payment conditions:

• Payments are made by purchasing tokens
• Tokens are non-refundable
• Plan features may change with prior notice
• Service is provided "as is" without additional warranties

8. Intellectual Property

DAE is exclusively owned by:

• Name, logo and service design
• Double at (@@) protocol
• Source code and system technology
• Documentation and promotional materials

The user retains ownership of:

• Their public and private keys
• Content of emails they send and receive

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The use of DAE is subject to our Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Compliance with GDPR (UE 2016/679)
• RSA-4096 encryption of all emails
• Automatic deletion of expired emails
• ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition)

10. Applicable Legislation

These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
