• Email: Email address used for registration and authentication
• RSA Public Key: 4096-bit public key necessary for the encryption system
• IP Address: Recorded for security reasons and abuse prevention
• Registration Date: Date when you created your account
• Last Access: Date and time of your last connection to the system

2. Use of Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Provide the DAE email service
• Authenticate your identity in the system
• Allow other users to send you DAE emails
• Improve security and prevent fraud
• Send important notifications about your account

3. Encryption and Security

DAE guarantees:

• Your emails are encrypted with RSA-4096 before being stored
• Only the recipient with the correct private key can decrypt messages
• Attachments are also encrypted and split into parts (eHead/eBody)
• We implement adequate technical and organizational security measures

4. Sharing Information

We do NOT share your personal information with third parties except when:

• Required by law or competent authority
• Necessary to protect our rights and property
• Your explicit consent has been obtained

5. Data Storage

Email retention:

• DAE emails are stored according to the contracted plan (3-30 days)
• Once expired, eHead and eBody files are permanently deleted
• Your account and public key remain while your account is active
• You can request account deletion at any time

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectify: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object: Object to the processing of your data
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
